The following Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the CGU) govern the use and access of the Troky mobile application and its affiliated website, edited by the SARL trokylink whose head office is located in Ghelizane, Algeria. Troky allows users to exchange, rent, give or receive objects in a circular economy and solidarity approach. By accessing or using Troky, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted without reservation the CGU.
Service: Refers to any feature accessible through the Troky mobile application or the Troky website, including the consultation and publication of advertisements, messaging between users, etc.
Content: Refers to any content published or shared by a User through Troky (text, images, comments, advertisements, ratings, etc.).
Account: Refers to any personal space created by a User to access and use the Services.
By creating an Account or using Troky, you explicitly accept the CGU. If you refuse these CGU, you must refrain from using Troky. The Publisher reserves the right to modify the CGU at any time and the modifications take effect immediately upon posting.
Troky provides:
• A search engine and consultation of advertisements for objects to be exchanged, rented or given;
• A system for publishing advertisements by users;
• An internal messaging system;
• Social features: ratings, comments;
• Any other service that the Publisher may offer later.
The role of Troky is limited to putting users in touch with each other. The Publisher does not intervene in contractual or transactional relationships and disclaims any liability in this regard.
5.1. Registration Conditions: You must be of legal age (or have a legal representative if you are a minor). You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials.
5.2. Security of the Account: You agree to inform the Publisher immediately of any unauthorized use or fraud on your Account.
6.1. General Behavior: Use Troky in good faith, in compliance with laws, rights of others and morality.
6.2. Content and Advertisements: Advertisements must be truthful, complete and not misleading, and the photos must be faithful to the object, and comply with regulations.
6.3. Property and Third-Party Rights: You guarantee that you have the right to publish the object and that you do not violate any right.
6.4. Messaging: Reserved for the exchange, rental or donation of objects — offensive or harassing messages are prohibited. Any abuse may result in suspension or termination of the account.
7.1. User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you publish.
7.2. Moderation and Withdrawal: The Publisher may moderate, remove or refuse any content that is not in compliance, without notice or compensation. You can contest via the support.
8.1. Signaling: Any user can report any content or behavior that is not in compliance.
8.2. Moderation: The Publisher may use manual or automated tools to ensure compliance with the CGU.
9.1. Publisher's Content: All elements of Troky (design, logo, texts, code, databases, etc.) belong to the Publisher.
9.2. User Content: The User remains the owner of their content, subject to the license granted to the Publisher.
10.1. Privacy Policy: The collection and processing of personal data are governed by the Privacy Policy accessible via a link - please consult it.
11.1. No Total Guarantee: Troky is provided as is.
11.2. Limitation of Liability: The Publisher disclaims any liability for indirect damages.
11.3. User Responsibility: You are responsible for the key transactions, including the state of the object, conformity, security and insurance.
Troky is not responsible for the quality, legality or safety of the exchanged, rented or given objects. Users are responsible for organizing the delivery, return, condition and insurance.
The CGU are subject to Algerian law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
The Publisher may modify the CGU at any time. The new CGU take effect immediately upon posting.
The Publisher may suspend or delete your account in case of non-compliance with the CGU or for legitimate reason. You can also delete your account via the settings or by contacting the support.
